Refunds can be requested up to 24 hours before the film will be shown.

Usually we do not absorb the fee Ticketsource charge as this would come from our funds. This means a £6 ticket will result in (roughly) a £5.53 refund

To access the TicketSource customer self-service portal, visit their “My Bookings” page at TicketSource. Enter your booking details (first name, last name, and email address) to receive a magic link via email, which allows you to manage your booking, download tickets, and request refunds up to 24 hours before the event. 

Steps to access the self-service portal:

1. Go to the “My Bookings” page on the TicketSource website. 
2. Input your first name, last name, and the email address associated with your booking. 
3. Click the “send me a link” button. 
4. Check your email for a magic link to access your booking details. 
5. Use the link to manage your booking, download e-tickets, and process refunds up to 24 hours before the event. 

What you can do in the portal: 

• Download lost or deleted e-tickets.
• Manage existing bookings.
• Request refunds for tickets.
